About Eric

Eric began his career as an associate in a New York-focused boutique litigation firm where he gained experience with a diverse array of high-stakes litigation matters.  He worked on corporate representation on issues including the World Trade Center Disaster mass tort litigation, catastrophic personal injury defense, bad faith insurance practices, maritime litigation, derivatives litigation, employment litigation, commercial litigation and corporate torts.

As an associate attorney, Eric performed both plaintiff and defense work in federal and state courts, for corporate clients including global financial firms and supermajor oil companies.  Eric gained a great deal of experience working for and against some of the world’s most resourceful corporations.

After five years in corporate representation, Eric decided his resources should go to aggrieved individuals who might otherwise be without an advocate.  In pursuit of that concept, Eric moved to Los Angeles with his long-time girlfriend to work on “patient dumping” litigation with a well-known public interest law firm. From there, Eric moved to San Logo LargeDiego permanently, where he began working with two public interest agencies.  After completing a contract for public interest work, Eric was ready to begin his own practice.

Eric now seeks to help individuals who have been harmed but are having difficulty finding representation, particularly where the harmed individuals are elderly or disabled.  Eric focuses on Financial Elder Abuse and Consumer Fraud cases.

When he is not doing legal work, Eric spends as much time as possible with his girlfriend, who is a San Diego physician.  They enjoy skiing, snowboarding, sailing and running on the beach with their dog Rufus.

Eric received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.

Eric is licensed in California, New York and New Jersey.  He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, he serves on the Outreach Committee of the Consumers Attorneys of San Diego, and he maintains an active pro bono case load with various California consumer-oriented public interest agencies.
